Injection Molding Maintenance Technician

A leading Plastic Products Company is in search of an adept individual responsible for the upkeep and enhancement of production machinery within an injection molding setting. The ideal candidate will possess extensive skills in various maintenance areas, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing. This role requires self-reliance and the ability to work with minimal oversight, rapidly learning and adapting to new systems and equipment. Key responsibilities involve liaising with external service providers, maintaining inventory for maintenance needs, and swiftly addressing any urgent repairs across the facility. Main tasks include conducting scheduled maintenance activities, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, organizing repair schedules with vendors, managing spare parts inventory, and optimizing equipment installations. Adherence to safety protocols and operational compliance is mandatory, as is the capacity to prioritize tasks independently and manage workload with minimal guidance.
