Injection Molding Materials Loader

Employer: Express Employment Professionals (on behalf of a local plastics manufacturer in Waterville, WA)

A day in this role starts at 7:00 AM and moves with the rhythm of the production floor. You’ll walk the line, keep hoppers topped off, and make sure each injection molding machine has the right materials at the right moment. It’s hands-on, fast-paced work that keeps you moving and the operation running smoothly.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $18.50 per hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• Location: Waterville, WA
• Training: All training provided on the job

What You’ll Do

• Circulate through the production area to monitor material levels
• Fill buckets with raw materials and load/tend machine hoppers
• Support injection molding and related production tasks
• Follow written work instructions and safety procedures
• Maintain a consistent production pace and respond quickly to material needs
• Work on your feet—standing and walking for most of the shift

What You Bring

• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (with assistance for heavier items)
• Comfort working around machinery and production equipment
• Clear communication and a team-first attitude
• Ability to learn and follow directions accurately
• Mechanical or hands-on experience is a plus, not required

• Physical, labor-intensive tasks in proximity to machinery
