We are seeking highly skilled Operators and Technologists to join our production team. This role is specifically designed for technical experts with a deep understanding of Husky Injection Molding systems and the nuances of PET Preform production.

Your primary focus will be the seamless operation, maintenance, and optimization of our Husky fleet. We are looking for candidates who are "hands-on" and proficient in:
Machine Operation: Expert-level capability in starting and stopping machines from a "cold" state, ensuring all parameters are stabilized.
Process Optimization: Monitoring and adjusting processing variables to ensure cycle times and part quality meet strict specifications.
Tooling & Changeovers: Executing efficient Tool Changes and Color Changes to minimize downtime.
Maintenance & Reliability: * Performing routine cleaning and maintenance of both machines and moulds.
Applying TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) principles to improve machine uptime.
Troubleshooting: Advanced Fault Finding skills to diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, or process-related issues quickly.
Specific Equipment Experience: Significant experience with Husky NexPet and HyPet platforms is highly preferred.
High Cavitation Expertise: Proven experience working with moulds ranging from 48 to 128 cavities.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of PET resin behavior and preform quality standards.
Bonus Skills: Any additional certifications in robotics, hot runner maintenance, or lean manufacturing will be considered a significant advantage.
