Day in the Life
You start your shift by reviewing work orders and setting up the injection molding press. Throughout the day, you cycle parts, trim and deburr edges to remove flash, and paint raw product to customer specifications. You verify each run against quality standards, then package and prepare finished goods for shipment. When priorities change, you adapt—jumping in to help teammates, adjusting to flexible hours, and staying for overtime when needed.
