Injection Molding Process Technician (2nd Shift)

Through documenting settings and facilitating approved adjustments, you'll play a crucial part in streamlining processes and reducing production scrap and downtime. Share your expertise by training team members on standard operating procedures and support efforts in integrating automation equipment. Collaborate closely with engineering and maintenance teams for troubleshooting, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

Applicants should have 2-5 years of relevant experience in plastic injection molding, with a firm understanding of scientific molding concepts, mold design, and mechanical systems. Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and a conscientious work ethic. Applicants with experience in handling robots and automation systems and those with strong analytical abilities will have an advantage.
