Shift:

• Mon-Thurs, 10 hour days.
• Long term employment with benefits.
• Raises given every 30 days!

Duties:

• Assemble and package plastic parts while maintaining quality standards. Record production and performance data. Assist in material handling, cleaning, and other duties.

Job Functions:

• Monitor quality, perform light assembly, and package parts from one or more injection molding presses
• Record production and performance data
• Assist in material handling, regrinding, light maintenance cleaning and other duties

Job Requirements:

• Ability to perform operations according to established procedures and quotas
• Ability to identify and respond to quality and process deviations
• Ability to communicate effectively with management and coworkers, follow verbal directions
• Ability to follow safety rules, stay productively busy, share improvement ideas, have good attitude
• Ability to move quickly, stay on feet for long stretches, lift up to 30lbs
• Ability to handle product quickly and dexterously
• Wear safety glasses, safety shoes, and occasionally hearing protection
• Work 10-hour shifts

Conditions:

• Proximity to material handling equipment, moving parts, pinch points, hard and hot surfaces, sharp edges
• Intermittent loud environment
• Occasional, unusual smells
