About the Role:
Join GOLD MEDAL INJURY LAW as a Case Manager (Bi-lingual Spanish) and play a crucial role in supporting our clients through their injury claims. We are looking for a passionate individual who can provide exceptional service and help navigate the complexities of personal injury law.
Responsibilities:
- Complete the intake process with new clients.
- Manage and oversee case files from inception to resolution.
- Communicate effectively with clients, insurance companies, and legal teams in both English and Spanish.
- Gather and organize necessary documentation and evidence for cases.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and court dates.
- Provide updates to clients on case progress and address any questions or concerns.
- Conduct client interviews to gather relevant information.
- Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with legal standards.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Minimum 5 years in personal injury law or case management preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google sheets and case management software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a client-focused attitude.
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is a plus.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
