Industrial Ergonomic & Injury Prevention Specialist who is passionate about helping people stay healthy and injury-free in the workplace. What You’ll DoYou’ll work directly with “Industrial Athletes” (employees) onsite at a manufacturing facility—helping them perform at their best while preventing injuries before they happen.
Your impact will include:
- Early injury intervention and symptom management
- Ergonomic assessments (office & industrial environments)
- Body mechanics training and job coaching
- Movement screenings and posture analysis
- Stretching and work conditioning program development
- Delivering engaging presentations to employees and leadership
- Partnering with Safety & EHS teams on injury prevention strategies
This is a
hands-on, people-focused role where you’ll be visible, valued, and able to make a difference every single day.
What We’re Looking For:- Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training, Occupational Health, or related field
(PTA/OTA candidates encouraged to apply) - Industrial or clinical experience preferred
- CPR Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Passion for injury prevention and helping others
Requirements:- Valid Indiana Driver’s License & reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel 2 days per week (reimbursed)
- Strong computer and documentation skills
- Ability to pass drug screen and background check
