Ink Production Technician (Training Provided)

We are a staffing agency currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inplant Tech Trainee for a manufacturing environment in Denton, TX. This role offers hands-on training and the opportunity to develop technical skills working with solvent-based inks. Need some chemical and manufacturing experience like mixing and dispensing.

Location: Denton, TXShift Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMPay Rate $20.00 per hour

Job Duties

• Dispense and mix solvent-based inks according to production requirements

• Perform quality control checks to ensure ink accuracy and consistency

• Replace drum materials on the ink dispensing equipment

• Customer facing role - must be able to lift 50+ pounds

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Must pass a pre-employment drug test

• Ability to complete employment verification for the past 2 years

• Education verification required

• Basic computer and data entry skills

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

• Prior manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
