Pay Rate: $27.00 - $31.00 per hour

2:15 PM - 10:45 PM

Here's what it takes to succeed with us.

• Minimum 5 years of experience operating large offset or digital presses
• At least 2 years of experience with roll-fed or continuous printing presses
• Strong understanding of print production, color matching, and press operation
• Ability to work independently in a high-speed production environment
• Basic computer skills; PACE experience a plus
• High school diploma or GED required
• Trade school or related technical experience preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 75 lbs occasionally
• Ability to operate pallet jacks and forklifts

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate continuous inkjet roll-fed printing press equipment
• Monitor print quality, color consistency, tension, and registration throughout production runs
• Troubleshoot mechanical and print issues to minimize downtime
• Read and follow job tickets, SOPs, and production schedules accurately
• Perform routine maintenance and maintain detailed service records
• Prepare print samples and proofs as requested
• Organize printed materials for the next production stage
• Support variable data and high-volume print production processes
• Train and mentor machine associates as needed
• Load and unload substrate rolls safely and efficiently
