    Job Overview A law firm seeks an Innovation Attorney for its Litigation and Intellectual Property business units in Los Angeles, CA, offering hybrid or fully remote work across the United States. The role supports the firm's innovation efforts to enhance legal service delivery through people, process, and technology, collaborating across offices and departments and reporting to the Managing Director of Practice Innovation.Responsibilities Lead projects to streamline legal service delivery and improve efficiency.Coordinate the integration of technology, including generative AI, into legal practices.Serve as a resource for practice resource questions and technology integration.Support large litigation teams with matter management and workflow design.Develop client-facing solutions and improve collaboration platforms.Create and maintain knowledge libraries and databases for knowledge sharing.Evaluate legal service delivery efficiency and identify improvement opportunities.Educate legal professionals on practice content and technology initiatives.Develop case studies for marketing and business development.Requirements Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited institution and admission to practice in a US jurisdiction.Minimum of six years of experience as a litigation or IP attorney in a large law firm.Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.Problem‑solving skills with the ability to handle diverse situations.Familiarity with legal technology and enthusiasm for leveraging AI in legal services.Excellent analytical, project management, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively across organizational levels.Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.Willingness to travel as necessary.Education & Certifications Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited university or college.Admission to practice in good standing in a US jurisdiction.Skills Superior written and verbal communication skills.Ability to solve practical problems and manage workflows.Understanding of knowledge management and project management.Familiarity with legal technology and AI applications.Strong analytical and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Benefits Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision.Mental well‑being programs and family care benefits.Short- and long‑term disability and parental leave benefits.Health savings account contributions and flexible spending accounts.401K program and compensated time off through a Flexible Time Off program.Paid holidays.#J-18808-Ljbffr
