    Job Overview A law firm seeks an Innovation Attorney for its Litigation and Intellectual Property business units in Seattle, WA, with options for hybrid or fully remote work. The role involves supporting the firm's innovation efforts to enhance legal service delivery through people, process, and technology.Duties Lead projects to optimize client service delivery and increase efficiencies.Coordinate and implement technology integration, including generative AI.Serve as a resource for practice resource questions and issues.Support large litigation docket teams with workflow and resource management.Develop client‑facing solutions and improve practice content.Educate legal professionals on technology and practice content.Maintain case studies for marketing and business development.Requirements Minimum of four years of experience as a litigation or IP attorney in a large law firm.Superior written and verbal communication skills.Familiarity with legal technology and AI applications.Strong analytical and project management skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Availability to travel as necessary.Education Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited university or college.Certifications Admission to practice in good standing in a US jurisdiction.Skills Excellent problem‑solving and organizational skills.Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize projects.Benefits Elective health benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.Mental well‑being programs and family care benefits.Short‑ and long‑term disability and parental leave benefits.Health savings account contributions and flexible spending accounts.401K program and compensated time off through Flexible Time Off program.#J-18808-Ljbffr
