ABOUT THE JOBThe Tepa Companies are seeking a curious, resourceful Innovation Intern to join our team for the 2026 summer. You'll dive into hands-on projects that improve how we work-automating repetitive tasks, building dashboards, and experimenting with ways to make our digital systems smarter and faster.The Tepa Companies 2026 Intern Program is a paid opportunity for the duration of 12 weeks. Depending on your workload and school schedule, the work schedule will be approximately 40 hours per week in the office location.Job Functions:Assists design and implement workflow automations, like:Routing emails from inboxes into structured foldersAuto-converting files to PDFs and uploading them to internal systemsExplore and prototype data dashboards using tools like Microsoft Power BI to make insights easier to accessHelp integrate APIs and conditional audience logic to make internal systems more dynamicAssist in Identifying pain points in everyday processes and pitch creative, tech-based solutionsWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORCurrently enrolled in an applicable Bachelor's degree program (Business Management, Communications, Economics, etc.)Must be within 2 years of graduationComfort with modern software ecosystems (especially Microsoft 365 tools like SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI, and Teams)Basic coding knowledge (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar)Interest in dashboards and data visualization (a plus, not required)Self-starter with a creative mindset who enjoys finding smarter, more efficient ways to workEqual Opportunity Employer Veterans
