Innovation Manager

Our client, a health and wellness industry leader, is seeking an Innovation Manager to join their team. As an Innovation Manager, you will be part of the Innovation team supporting brand growth and product development. The ideal candidate will be strong in Marketing and demonstrate strategic thinking, collaboration, and a passion for health & wellness, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Innovation Manager

Location: Londonderry, NH

Pay Range: $45-$55/hr. 

Shift: 9am - 5pm EST 

What's the Job?

• Serve as the Marketing Manager- Innovation, creating new solutions to better serve consumers and drive brand growth.
• Connect consumer insights, scientific advancements, and macro trends to develop distinctive propositions.
• Partner with brand marketing teams to drive brand equity through innovation initiatives.
• Build relationships with Science & Technology teams to deliver efficacious products that stand out in a fragmented marketplace.
• Engage with DTC, E-Comm, and Retail sales teams to ensure rapid and agile delivery of innovations that boost sales across channels.

What's Needed?

• Minimum 4 years of marketing experience post-college, with at least 1 year in an innovation role.
• Experience working in the CPG industry, preferably in health & wellness or vitamins, minerals & supplements.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and financial acumen to develop business cases.
• Proven success in creating, developing, and launching market innovations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders effectively.
