Position: Innovative Technology Integrator / Software Implementation Specialist Type: Federal Contract position Duration: 6-9 months Equivalent Time: 0.5-0.75 depending on project needs Location: Work can be fully remote Reports To:

Position Summary Keystone College seeks professional services to support the implementation, configuration, and operationalization of the EAB Navigate360 platform. This engagement focuses on five major workstreams essential to a successful deployment:

  • Project leadership
  • Technical integration
  • Platform administration
  • Workflow implementation
  • AI‑assisted engineering using Replit

The contractor will work in partnership with Keystones Program Sponsor, Technical Sponsor, and EABs Strategic Leader and Technical Project Manager.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Program Ownership & Project Leadership The contractor will serve as Keystones functional project lead for Navigate360, responsible for day‑to‑day coordination and delivery. Activities include:

  • Managing the implementation timeline and milestones.
  • Facilitating cross‑departmental decision‑making.
  • Preparing leadership updates and status reports.
  • Coordinating with EABs Strategic Leader and Launch Consultant.
  • Ensuring alignment between institutional goals and platform configuration.
  • Driving adoption planning across advising faculty and student services.

Outcome: A well‑managed, on‑schedule implementation with clear communication and institutional alignment.

2. Technical Lead & Data Integration Management The contractor will act as Keystones Technical Lead for all Navigate360 data work. Responsibilities include:

  • Mapping Keystone data to EABs required schemas.
  • Coordinating extraction of student‑level, course‑level, advisor, and holds data.
  • Leveraging the existing Admissions and Enrollment databases.
  • Preparing and validating historical datasets up to 14 years.
  • Supporting SSO configuration and nightly automation.
  • Working directly with EABs Technical Project Manager on data validation.

Outcome: Accurate, automated nightly data feeds and a validated historical dataset powering Navigate analytics.

3. Application Administration & Platform Configuration The contractor will serve as interim Application Administrator during implementation. Responsibilities include:

  • Configuring roles, permissions, care units, and user groups.
  • Setting up alerts, campaigns, workflows, and templates.
  • Managing content resources and student‑facing elements.
  • Supporting UAT and coordinating end‑user testing.
  • Establishing long‑term administrative practices for Keystone staff.

Outcome: A fully configured Navigate360 environment ready for launch and sustainable long‑term administration.

4. Workflow Implementation & Operational Playbooks The contractor will design, implement, and operationalize Navigate360 workflows across advising, student success, and faculty engagement. Responsibilities include:

  • Building automated workflows, alerts, and campaigns.
  • Designing care unit processes and escalation paths.
  • Creating training materials, SOPs, and operational guides.
  • Delivering training sessions for advisors, faculty, and staff.
  • Using Replit.com AI tools to accelerate documentation and workflow development.

Outcome: Functional, institution‑specific workflows with clear operating practices and trained end‑users.

5. AI Coding & Engineering Using Replit The contractor will leverage Replit as the primary engineering and automation environment. Responsibilities include:

  • Developing Navigate data export scripts and automation logic.
  • Enhancing the Admissions Engine to support Navigate data requirements.
  • Building AI‑assisted tools, documentation, and workflow generators.
  • Creating reusable code modules for data validation, transformation, and monitoring.
  • Supporting Keystones long‑term AI‑enabled operational strategy.

Outcome: A modern AI‑supported technical foundation that accelerates implementation and reduces long‑term maintenance burden.

Experience, Skills, and Abilities

  • Demonstrated experience leading similar software implementation projects.
  • Technical proficiency with database management, API design, and integration.
  • Experience using AI coding tools.
  • Experience employing project management frameworks and tools to organize team work.
  • Ability to problem‑solve and troubleshoot issues independently.
  • Ability to lead a technical and non‑technical team to successfully complete a software implementation.
  • Strong communication skills in creating documentation and providing status updates (both written and verbal).
