    Short Description

    The role of the Perioperative Business Manger, Inpatient, oversees all business functions of the OR. Ensures accurate billing, revenue charge capture, scheduling and ordering of specialty products. This role is critical in the operations of the OR at Camden.

    • Oversee operating and capital budgets
    • OR Schedule
    • OR billing and charge capture. Revenue reconciliation
    • Cost Savings
    • Maintenance of block schedule
    • Coordinating specialty items
    • Management of sales representatives
    • Value Analysis
    • Collaborate with supply chain, revenue integrity, clinical engineering and other ancillary departments to support the surgical cases

    Education Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree Required; Master's Degree preferred

    Special Requirements

    • Communication – Ability to communicate with patients, visitors and coworkers
    • Computer and Financial management
    • Demonstrates competence in management and leadership skills
