Inpatient Clinical Psychiatrist – West Palm Beach, FL
A well-established healthcare system in West Palm Beach, Florida is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified (BE/BC) Psychiatrist to join its inpatient behavioral health team. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a structured hospital environment with strong clinical support and a stable patient census.
Position Highlights
Full-time inpatient psychiatry role
Adult inpatient population (adolescent coverage optional, depending on program)
Structured daily rounding with interdisciplinary team collaboration
No outpatient responsibilities

Responsibilities
Provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for hospitalized patients
Lead and participate in treatment team meetings and care planning
Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and case management teams
Ensure timely documentation and compliance with hospital standards
Participate in call rotation as required

Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry (required)
Eligible for or licensed to practice in the state of Florida
