Position Highlights:
- Work-Life Balance:Balanced inpatient work with a structured 7 on / 7 off schedule, 7am start, and typical mid-afternoon finish
- Ideal Work Environment:Cover two hospitals with an average census of 10-12 patients, supported by a robust team of interventionalists, CT surgeons, and EP
- Favorable Call Schedule:Phone-only call during "on" week
- Culture & Support: Dedicated APCs handle first patient contact and support rounding
Compensation & Benefits:
- Financial Package:75th percentile base salary + achievable annual metrics
- Sign-on Bonus: Up to $100,000
- Comprehensive Benefits Package: Full benefits including malpractice, retirement, and health coverage
- Additional Perks: $4,500 CME allowance + EPIC EMR
Qualifications:
- Degree:MD / DO
- Certifications:Board Certified/Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
- Licensure:WI License or ability to obtain one
- Experience:Open to fellows and experienced physicians
