Pay/Compensation: $231,000 – $268,000 per year

A leading regional healthcare provider known for patient-centric care is seeking an Inpatient Pharmacy Manager to lead acute care pharmacy operations at its Seattle medical center. This leader oversees pharmacists and technicians supporting critical care, medical surgical, infusion, and emergency services. Core Responsibilities

• Lead inpatient pharmacy operations across critical care, medical surgical, and emergency
• Supervise pharmacists and technicians with full hiring and performance authority
• Develop and maintain clinical workflows with multidisciplinary hospital teams
• Manage operational and project budgets for the pharmacy department
• Ensure compliance with Board of Pharmacy, Joint Commission, and USP standards
• Oversee medication safety, formulary management, and drug diversion prevention
• Support hospital expansion and system integration initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy or equivalent pharmacy degree
• At least five years as a licensed pharmacist, largely in acute inpatient pharmacy
• At least three years of formal leadership with direct reports
• At least two years managing operational or project budgets
• Active Washington pharmacist license at hire, or eligibility to obtain
• National Provider Identifier within six months of hire

Preferred Qualifications

• PGY1 or PGY2 pharmacy residency
• Experience in a union environment
• Exposure to hospital expansion or system integration work
• Hands-on ICU, medical surgical, infusion, and emergency experience
• Experience within a large integrated health system
