Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for inpatient populations
- Manage and monitor patient treatment plans, including medication management and therapeutic interventions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including nurses, social workers, and other healthcare professionals
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care
- Participate in care planning, discharge planning, and follow-up coordination
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care focused on improving mental health outcomes
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and best practices in psychiatric care
Requirements:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified in Psychiatry
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to teamwork and patient-centered care
