Role Overview
· Provide daily inpatient rounding medical visits and long-term care support inside local rehabilitation centers.
· Enjoy complete schedule freedom combined with mentorship from senior medical staff.

Daily Duties
· Rounding on 15-20 patients a day
· Evaluate patient health and review past medical records.
· Create and update custom treatment goals for recovery.
· Track daily health changes and update families.
· Partner with facility nurses and visiting doctors.
· Teach patients how to manage chronic illnesses safely.
· Document all medical notes inside digital health folders.
Job Requirements
· Active Michigan Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license plus DEA registration.
· Open to brand-new graduates or experienced clinicians from emergency, clinic, or hospital backgrounds.
· Strong knowledge of safety rules and patient care guidelines.
· Clear communication skills for daily interaction with elderly patients.
