Overview
The Inpatient Virtual Monitor Technician supports patient safety and care operations through continuous virtual observation and communication within an inpatient monitoring environment. The technician collaborates with bedside teams toidentifyand report safety concerns, provide patient redirection, and supporttimelyescalation of urgent situations. Maintainsaccuratedocumentation and monitoring records while following established workflows, operational procedures, and quality standards to promote a safe and patient-focused care experience. Rolerequiresprolonged periods of sitting and continuous visual attention in a fast-paced monitoring environment.
