Inserter Machine Operator (Temp-to-Hire)
Pay: $17.00-$19.28/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:20 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking an Inserter Machine Operator to support Ricoh operations. This role involves operating and assisting with high-speed inserter machines in a warehouse environment. Ideal candidates have previous machine operation or warehouse experience and are dependable, safety-conscious, and able to maintain productivity throughout the shift.
Responsibilities- Operate and assist with high-speed inserter machines.
- Load materials into machines.
- Clear machine jams as needed.
- Unload completed materials and place them into trays.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all safety and workplace procedures.
Qualifications- Previous warehouse or machine operator experience required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
- Experience in a roll-fed printing environment is preferred.
- Basic computer skills (training provided for qualified candidates).
- Technical aptitude to learn machine setup, software controls, and operation.
- Strong organizational and customer service skills.
- Ability to calibrate and troubleshoot production equipment is a plus.
- Stable work history with minimal employment gaps.
Physical Requirements- Stand and walk for the entire shift.
- Frequently bend, twist, and move throughout the workday.
- Lift up to 50 pounds independently; assistance is available for heavier items.
- Work in a warehouse environment.
