What You'll Do
- Engage with warm leads - no cold calling!
- Build genuine rapport through consultative conversations grounded in empathy and active listening.
- Use each customer's DNA and biometric data to personalize their path toward better health and confidence.
- Educate and inspire prospects with the science and story behind AlterMe's unique approach.
- Communicate through phone, text, and email-staying organized, responsive, and human.
- Overcome hesitations with grace and confidence, helping people commit to their goals.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative sales culture where success is shared and celebrated.

Requirements
1+ year of sales or customer-facing experience preferred (fitness, wellness, SaaS, or high-volume inbound a plus)
Excellent communication, empathy, and relationship-building skills
Comfort with CRM tools and digital communication platforms
Full-time, in-office role in Lehi, UT
