HOW YOULL EARN a $24.00/hour base, then six uncapped streams on top

Commissions on everything you write, with a monthly booster that lifts your rates when you hit your growth goals.

Bounties $75 per umbrella, $25 per uninsured-asset capture.

A retroactive financial-specialist appointment bonus through EFS Tom Betti.

A team retention bonus when the book grows year over year.

A monthly volume bonus and a 1% renewal override on your book as it builds.

On-target earnings of $95,000$110,000+ for a solid producer. Top performers earn more. None of it is capped.

Responsibilities

  • Lead every conversation consultatively. Ask the questions that reveal the full household picture what they own, how theyre protected, and where the gaps are. The sale follows the diagnosis, not the other way around.
  • Sell and bundle home, auto, condo, and other Allstate lines not because bundling is the goal, but because a properly protected household almost always is one.
  • Round out every household without being asked to. The umbrella, the uninsured boat, the ATV sitting in the garage a consultative producer finds these naturally because theyre actually listening. This is not an upsell tactic. Its doing the job right.
  • Refer Life & Financial Services opportunities to our in-house specialist, EFS Tom Betti, at every natural trigger a new home, a growing family, a business. The referral is part of the conversation, not an afterthought.
  • Protect and grow the book. A consultative producers clients dont leave easily because they know theyre actually protected, and they know why. Retention is yours to own, and the comp model rewards it directly.
  • Train every day. Daily role-play and AI-powered coaching keep the consultative muscle sharp. We invest in making good producers great but you have to want it.

Requirements
  • An active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license this is an absolute requirement. You must currently hold one to be considered.
  • Agency experience. We strongly prefer Allstate experience, but were glad to consider any applicant with solid agency experience at another carrier.
  • Able to work in the office in Anchorage, MondayFriday, 8:30 AM5:30 PM.
  • Reliable transportation and authorization to work in the United States.
