We are seeking an experienced Inside Loan Officer to join a high-performing lending team focused on real estate investors nationwide.
This opportunity is ideal for a proven Private Lending, Business Purpose Lending (BPL), or DSCR Loan Officer who has an established book of business, strong investor relationships, and a demonstrated history of originating and closing high-volume transactions.
Responsibilities may include:
Developing and maintaining relationships with real estate investors
Prospecting for new business and referral opportunities
Attending local real estate investor meetups and industry events
Traveling to conferences and networking events
Hosting investor and client events
Expanding existing client relationships
Developing repeat and referral business from successful transactions
Building a strong presence within the local real estate investment community
Maintaining a consistent and healthy sales pipeline.

The Ideal Candidate
We are specifically seeking proven producers with:
An established book of business and client relationships
Strong experience in Private Lending, BPL, and/or DSCR lending
A proven track record as a high-volume originator and closer
$3M+ in monthly funded production strongly preferred
Candidates producing $4M, $5M+ or more per month are highly encouraged to apply
Established relationships with real estate investors
Demonstrated ability to self-source and generate new business
A transferable pipeline is a significant plus
Strong phone-based sales and closing skills
Ability to convert company-provided leads into additional production
Excellent follow-up, relationship-building, and objection-handling skills
Strong understanding of leverage, credit, pricing, loan structure, and lending options
Competitive, persuasive, resilient, coachable, and accountable approach
Strong CRM and pipeline management skills
Ability to manage the process from initial conversation through closing
Focus on funded volume, repeat business, referrals, and exceptional client service

Successful Loan Officers are expected to continuously grow their own book of business and establish a strong presence within the real estate investor community.
