At Danco Heating, Cooling & Plumbing, we're looking for motivated Inside Sales Representatives to join our team in Waco, TX. This is a phone-based role focused on booking service and sales appointments while earning a strong base pay plus performance-based commissions.

What We Offer
- Hourly base pay: $19 - $24/hr (depending on experience)
- Monthly spiffs and performance commissions

Schedule Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (No nights or weekends)
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls (6-8 calls per hour)
- Book service, maintenance, replacement, and plumbing appointments
- Follow proven scripts and frameworks to qualify leads and overcome objections
- Deliver a professional, friendly customer experience
- Accurately document activity in ServiceTitan
- Meet monthly booking and revenue targets
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of customer service, call center, or inside sales experience (preferred)
- HVAC or home services experience is a big plus
- Strong phone presence and communication skills
- Coachable, motivated, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
