Responsibilities

• Sales Excellence: Respond to inbound inquiries, make outbound calls, and provide expert advice on equipment rental options to meet customer needs. Perform comprehensive needs assessments to accurately identify the customer''s project requirements, timelines, and budget constraints
• Customer Engagement: Strengthen collaboration with cross-functional teams to maximize equipment fleet utilization and drive new business opportunities
• Professional Representation: Maintain a high level of professionalism in all communications, both in-person and on the phone, and ensure that your knowledge of equipment inventory enables you to offer innovative and effective solutions to customers

Qualifications

Required:

• Have 1+ years related work experience OR a high school diploma/GED
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time and work flexible hours
• Strong customer service skills
• Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently
