Inside Sale Representative

Our client is seeking an Inside Sale Representative to join their team. As an Inside Sale Representative, you will be part of the sales department supporting a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attendance, professionalism, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Inside Sale Rep

Location: Hanover, PA

What's the Job?

• Answering phones and providing exceptional customer service
• Processing orders efficiently and accurately
• Occasional outside sales and client visits, including same-day travel
• Generating leads when necessary, with most leads coming via referrals
• Supporting team efforts in a collaborative environment

What's Needed?

• Strong attendance and reliability
• Professional demeanor and good communication skills
• Background in industrial automation, technical support, electrical engineering, or hands-on maintenance management is helpful
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented, non-competitive environment
• Willingness to support reactive sales efforts
