Position Overview
We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Inside Sales & Account Executive to join our team in Paramus, NJ. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end customer sales journey—from taking initial leads and driving order completion to collaborating internally with procurement and production teams. This role combines direct account management, proactive outreach to dormant clients, local customer visits, occasional trade show representation (with US travel), and high-level support for our Senior Sales Executives.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Project & Sales Management: Guide clients through the full sales journey from initial lead generation to quote, final order creation, and post-sale follow-up.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner closely with internal procurement, warehouse, and production teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and on-time delivery.
Lead Conversion & Dormant Account Activation: Take the initiative to convert warm leads and re-engage former or dormant accounts to drive repeat business.
Senior Sales Support: Collaborate with Senior Sales Executives by assisting with major account leads and servicing repeat client order and new projects.
Relationship & Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and virtual meetings to maintain strong client relationships. Field Representation: Participate in occasional local customer visits and industry trade shows to represent the company brand and expand market reach.
Key Qualifications
Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, or B2B customer service (manufacturing, display, print, or retail fixture background preferred).
Project Management Skills: Proven ability to coordinate multi-step order execution processes across internal departments.
Proactive Follow-Up: Demonstrated track record of managing leads proactively and consistently closing open quotes.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
Technical Aptitude: Proficiency with CRM systems, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Flexibility: Willingness to conduct occasional local travel and attend national (USA) trade shows as needed.

Schedule: Full-time (Monday through Friday)
Work Arrangement: 100% In-Office in Paramus, NJ
