Position Title: Inside Sales & Account ManagementWage: $25.00 - $32.00/HourShift: 1st ShiftHours: 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM Monday - FridayWe are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Inside Sales and Account Management team member. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and will be entrusted with managing existing accounts as well as acquiring new customers and new sales opportunities to benefit the organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, and the ability to manage order entry processes efficiently.Inside Sales & Account Management Responsibilities Be a professional, well spoken, reliable individual who will do what is needed to build relationshipsHeavy phone and email communication with both existing and potential customers is a mustDefine problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions of customer requirementsAbility to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variablesInvestigate, define, analyze and propose solutions to customer claims, problems with deliveries, returns and credits and ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve the sameMaintains, expands and qualifies a database of customer and prospect accounts and records of interactions with details of opportunities, inquiries, complaints, or commentsCommunicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, ensuring clarity and understanding while improving organizational reputation and goodwillDeliver price quotations, terms of sales, delivery dates, etc., and prepare orders subject to the approval of the companyUses knowledge of a specific product, service, or other assigned area of expertise to answer inquiries or to forward to the appropriate staffCollaborate with other departments such as engineering and scheduling to ensure customers' needs are metMaintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and order detailsAct as customer advocate internally and Jensen advocate externallyVisit existing customers to strengthen relationships and understanding of customer needs and expectationsDevelops new business by analyzing current account potential; initiating, developing, and closing sales; recommending new applications and sales strategiesResearching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resourcesQualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etcPresenting and delivering information to prospective customersAnswering potential client questions and follow-up call questionsMonitor and track quoting activities, follow up on outstanding quotes, and provide regular updates to sales team members and managementClose sales and work with client through closing processIdentify opportunities for sales expansion with existing customersArrange, prepare for and visit existing customers individuallyPerform additional duties as required and or requestedRequirements for Inside Sales & Account Management Minimum of 3-5 years of customer service, account management or inside sales within a manufacturing job shopExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational, multitasking, planning and analytical skillsExtensive knowledge of customer service procedures and principlesMust be organized with strong attention to detailAbility to resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a professional and calm demeanorMust be able to work both independently and as part of a teamProficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareMust have ERP experience.
