This is a dynamic role for a proactive sales professional with deep knowledge of fastener standards and experience working within government contract requirements (ITAR compliance required) .Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and on-time order fulfillmentInterpret and apply fastener standards and specifications (MIL, SAE, ASME)Work with government contracts, ensuring compliance with contract-specific clauses and quality requirementsProvide expert-level customer service and troubleshooting supportHandle sales order entry, data input, and tracking of inventory and shipmentMust-Have QualificationsMinimum 3+ years of experience in sales account management within the industrial fastener industryAt least 1 year of hands-on experience with fastener standards/specs (MIL, SAE, ASME)Demonstrated experience working with government contracts and ITAR guidelinesDetail-oriented with strong proficiency in sales systems and order tracking toolsImportant NoteThis role includes working closely with a government-contracted employer .
