As an Inside Sales Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the dealership’s sales and administrative functions. This position bridges the gap between the sales, finance, and administrative departments — ensuring customers receive a seamless, professional experience from quote to delivery.
Assist customers in finalizing sales of new capital equipment.
Prepare and process all necessary paperwork for sales transactions.
Ensure title applications, invoices, and funding documentation are completed accurately and submitted promptly.
Coordinate with the sales and finance teams to ensure proper documentation flow.
Maintain up-to-date records of deals, payments, and customer communication.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive, professional demeanor.
Previous experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or dealership operations preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with dealership management systems a plus.
