The role focuses on proactively developing existing customer relationships, identifying additional growth potential through cross‑selling of ELPRO products and services, and handling new incoming transactional business. As a member of the sales team, the Inside Sales Account Manager will be measured on overall revenue growth, customer retention, and account development within the assigned book of business.
