​Established in 2013, Excel Loading Systems is a rapidly growing manufacturer of bulk liquid transfer solutions serving the petrochemical industry. We are seeking a full-time Inside Sales Administrator to join our Cincinnati, OH team. Our culture is built on Quality, Safety, and Service.

As a Inside Sales Administrator, you will support our inside sales team providing critical service to our industrial customers and distributors by assisting with quotes, processing orders, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely communication throughout the sales and project lifecycle.

The right candidate will have:

• 2+ years in industrial customer service, inside sales knowledge, sales support, or order management.
• Experience in PVF (Pipe, Valves & Fittings) is preferred but not required.
• A background in petrochemical, refining, industrial supply, or process equipment industries is a plus.
• Familiarity with RFQs and industrial quoting processes.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel.

What You’ll Do:

• Support inside sales team with customer and distributor quotes, order updates, and product information.
• Process customer orders, RFQs, and project-related documentation.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and sales teams.
• Track open orders, shipment updates, and lead times.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information in CRM/ERP systems.
• Answer incoming calls and assist in prioritizing customer needs.
• Assist in screening and coordinating inbound sales leads.
