Responsibilities
- Engage actively in PLACE training to master lead generation and prospecting scripts
- Convert inbound sales inquiries into scheduled appointments efficiently
- Proactively reach out to outbound sales leads and secure appointments
- Assess and qualify leads by understanding their motivation and financial readiness before passing to agents
- Maintain and update the CRM database and generate productivity reports regularly
- Dedicate time to continuous skill enhancement through training and script rehearsals
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market to better assist clients
- Participate consistently in weekly one-on-one coaching, team trainings, and Partner Calls
- Accurately log all client interactions and activities using PLACE Technology systems
Qualifications
