Inside Sales Agent (Outbound Phone Sales)

Join one of the Triangle's top-performing real estate teams as an Inside Sales Agent. You'll work with warm and prospect leads, make outbound calls, respond to inbound inquiries, and schedule appointments that help our agents grow their business. Real Estate License Required

Responsibilities

  • Participate in PLACE New Agent Launch to internalize PLACE lead generation and prospecting scripts 
  • Cultivate and convert inbound sales inquiries to appointments
  • Cultivate and convert outbound sales opportunities to appointments
  • Qualify leads to convey motivation and financial aspects to real estate sales agents
  • Manage database and productivity reports
  • Commit to skill development through education and script practice 
  • Become a real estate local expert 
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology

Qualifications

You are excellent at rapport building and are energized by working with people. You are passionate about selling and converting. You are organized and can handle multiple leads and consistent follow-up methods. You are passionate about teamwork and team oriented goals.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional telephone skills
  • Sales experience tracking to a quota 
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn and internalize scripts 
  • Team player
  • Real estate license preferred
