Your main responsibility will be to transform leads into confirmed appointments, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every client. Responsibilities

• Master the team's prospecting scripts
• Turn incoming sales inquiries into scheduled appointments
• Transform outbound sales opportunities into confirmed meetings
• Assess leads to communicate motivation and financial details to real estate agents
• Oversee database management and productivity reporting
• Dedicate time to improving skills through education and script practice
• Develop expertise as a local real estate authority
• Monitor activities and client interactions using Brivity Technology

Qualifications

You are excellent at rapport building and are energized by working with people. You are passionate about selling and converting. You are organized and can handle multiple leads and consistent follow-up methods. You are passionate about teamwork and team oriented goals.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Sales experience tracking to a quota
