Hours
1st shift, 8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday - Friday
Pay
$25.00/hour
Key Responsibilities- Learn the product being sold
- Work closely with shop foreman to answer questions and provide info to customers
- Monitor email and phone calls to assist customers ordering parts
- Keep accurate notes on clients/customers including shipping/billing addresses, credit card info, etc.
- Enter orders into Sage Accounting and maintain Excel spreadsheets of orders
- Review orders every Friday to ensure shipping deadlines are met
- Participate in daily management meetings
- Track order progress and provide updates to customers as needed
- Make cold calls from a provided contact list
- Arrange customer visits for the owner based on location/customer needs
- Establish a working relationship with marketing to keep the website updated
- Perform other general office/sales duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements- High School Diploma / GED
- 1+ years' experience in Inside Sales
- Excellent communication skills
- Above average computer skills
- Attention to detail
- Self-starter
Nice to Have Skills- Previous experience using Sage Accounting or similar systems
- Experience in customer service or client relations
Preferred Education and Experience- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years' inside sales experience
Other Requirements- This position is on-site at our Alliance, Ohio location
- Ability to work a standard 8:00am - 4:00pm schedule
