Inside Sales

We are currently seeking candidates with excellent people skills for our client in Alliance, Ohio! This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with customers and want to grow their sales experience.

Hours
1st shift, 8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday - Friday

Pay
$25.00/hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn the product being sold
  • Work closely with shop foreman to answer questions and provide info to customers
  • Monitor email and phone calls to assist customers ordering parts
  • Keep accurate notes on clients/customers including shipping/billing addresses, credit card info, etc.
  • Enter orders into Sage Accounting and maintain Excel spreadsheets of orders
  • Review orders every Friday to ensure shipping deadlines are met
  • Participate in daily management meetings
  • Track order progress and provide updates to customers as needed
  • Make cold calls from a provided contact list
  • Arrange customer visits for the owner based on location/customer needs
  • Establish a working relationship with marketing to keep the website updated
  • Perform other general office/sales duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 1+ years' experience in Inside Sales
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Above average computer skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Self-starter

Nice to Have Skills
  • Previous experience using Sage Accounting or similar systems
  • Experience in customer service or client relations

Preferred Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years' inside sales experience

Other Requirements
  • This position is on-site at our Alliance, Ohio location
  • Ability to work a standard 8:00am - 4:00pm schedule
  • Strong organizational skills
