- $19.00 - $24.00 per hour base + performance pay
- $50,000 - $75,000+ annual earning potential
- Up to $1,500 Sign-On Bonus
- Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (No evenings or weekends)

Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Schedule service calls, maintenance plans, and replacement appointments
- Follow proven call scripts and objection-handling techniques
- Build trust with customers and provide excellent service
- Accurately log all interactions and activities in ServiceTitan
- Consistently meet and exceed daily and monthly performance goals
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, or call centers is preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Motivated by targets and performance-based incentives
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- HVAC or home services experience is a big plus
