Baths R Us is a rapidly growing bathroom remodeling company looking for confident, sales-driven Inside Sales Represenatives who enjoy being on the phone, handling objections, and closing for commitment. This is a phone sales role handling both inbound calls and outbound follow-up with homeowners who have already expressed interest in our services. No cold calling. All leads are warm or previously interested. If you like sales, persuasion, rebuttals, and performance-based pay — this role is built for you. What You’ll Do - Handle incoming calls and outbound follow-up with interested homeowners
- Take control of conversations and drive callers to commit to a scheduled appointment
- Confidently overcome objections (price, timing, spouse approval, “just looking,” etc.)
- Ask for the appointment directly and re-ask when necessary
- Schedule qualified in-home consultations for outside sales reps
- Enter call notes and customer information into the CRM
- Work in a fast-paced, phone-heavy, performance-driven environment
What We’re Looking For - Comfortable being on the phone most of the day
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle pushback and objections without getting discouraged
- Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, call center sales, or phone-based roles
- Competitive mindset and goal-oriented attitude
- Reliable, coachable, and driven by results
- This is an in-office role and requires daily on-site presence
- Must have a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
Pay & Benefits - $20.50/hour base pay
- $8,000–$15,000+ in performance bonuses annually
