Hours:
- Weekend Shift: Wednesday – Sunday | 8:00 AM- 3PM
- Day Shift: Monday- Friday | 8:00am- 2:30PM
- Evening Shift: Monday - Friday | 1:30pm- 8pm
The Role at a Glance:
As an Appointment Specialist, you aren’t just making calls—you’re launching projects. In this role, you will:
- Outreach: Conduct high-volume inbound and outbound phone calls with homeowners inquiring about our home improvement services.
- Consult: Engage prospective clients via phone and text to identify their specific exterior remodeling needs.
- Coordinate: Qualify leads and schedule high-priority, in-home consultations with our project experts.
- Manage: Maintain precise records and dispositions in our CRM to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Exceed: Hit and exceed your daily goals to maximize your uncapped bonus potential.
- Execute Scripting: Follow proven company scripts to guide conversations, overcome objections, and deliver consistent value.
Optional Event Opportunities:
- Represent: Want to get out of the office? You have the option to staff our branded booths at vibrant home shows and local events, generating leads through high-energy, face-to-face interaction.

Location Requirement
Candidates must be local to the Vancouver/Portland Metro area. This is an in-person role at our Vancouver office and is not eligible for remote work.
