- The Morning Advantage (Shift A): Mon–Fri | 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- The Weekend Power Shift (Shift B): Wed–Fri (8:00 AM – 2:30 PM) + Sat–Sun (8:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
- The Evening Specialist (Shift C): Mon–Fri | 1:30 PM – 8:00 PM
The Role at a Glance:
As an Appointment Specialist, you aren’t just making calls—you’re launching projects. You will:
- Consult: Engage homeowners via phone and text to identify their exterior remodeling needs.
- Coordinate: Qualify leads and schedule free, in-home consultations with our experts.
- Manage: Maintain precise records in our CRM to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Exceed: Hit your daily goals and watch your uncapped bonus grow.
Optional Event Opportunities:
- Represent: Want to get out of the office? You have the option to staff our branded booths at vibrant home shows and local events, generating leads through high-energy, face-to-face interaction.

Location Requirement
Candidates must be local to the Vancouver/Portland Metro area. This is an in-person role at our Vancouver office and is not eligible for remote work.
