Job Title: Inside Sales Assistant
Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
* Process 30-50 customer quotes daily with speed and accuracy using pricing files and internal systems
* Perform data entry, compile quotes, and retrieve key customer and product information
* Support Inside & Outside Sales teams and assist with special projects as needed
* Handle UPS shipments and provide backup phone support to customer service
Required Skills & Experience:
* High school diploma or GED; or 2+ years of related experience (Associate"s degree a plus)
* Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail and solid math ability
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy
* Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service mindset
Preferred Skills & Experience:
* Experience in a manufacturing or building materials environment
* Prior experience supporting sales teams or handling high-volume quoting
Compensation: $20-$25/hour
