As an Inside Sales Associate, you'll be the go-to contact for commercial accounts and dealerships, assisting them in sourcing and customizing vans, trucks, and trailers. Youll manage the entire sales processfrom generating quotes to overseeing inventory and inspecting incoming unitsensuring customer satisfaction and seamless operations.

What Youll Do

As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be responsible for:

Assisting commercial accounts and dealerships with the purchase of vans, trucks, and trailers
Consulting on upfit products such as racks, toolboxes, and protectors to meet client needs
Providing accurate quotes and diligently following up on quotes, sales, and open orders
Helping customers complete loan documentation and liaising with loan vendors for approvals
Processing and logging all new trailers, assigning inventory numbers
Inspecting incoming trailers for damages to avoid costs for damaged goods
Ordering and tracking trailers, maintaining accurate timelines for arrivals
Ensuring lot stock is clean, properly priced, and ready for sale or delivery
Performing quality control inspections on completed services as needed
Processing sales documents and DMV forms for customers
Verifying pricing and freight charges are accurate on work orders
Writing attractive ads for internet trailer sales
Assisting with event setup and promotional displays

What Youll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have applicable experience in Industrial Retail Sales, such as:

Experience with Car, Trailer, or RV Dealerships
Background in Auto Parts Retail (e.g., Napa Auto Parts, Knecht's) or similar specialty environments
Strong attention to detail and excellent mathematical accuracy for freight and pricing calculations
A customer-first attitude with strong communication skills
Dependability and reliability are must-haves
