The Schedule:

  • Monday–Thursday: 2:00 PM–8:00 PM
  • Friday: Optional 2:00 PM–5:00 PM
  • Saturday–Sunday: 10:00 AM–2:00 PM

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

This is a role for the ambitious, not the passive. As our Inside Sales Associate - Appointment Scheduler, you'll be at the front lines of customer communication, handling both inbound and outbound calls, converting qualified leads into scheduled appointments, and guiding customers toward the expertise they need.

Your core responsibilities include:

  • High-volume calls (20–30+ per hour)
  • Natural conversations with purpose
  • Basic objection handling
  • Accurate CRM documentation
  • Seamless coordination with the sales team
