    Inside Sales Associate — Coppell, TX

    We're hiring an Inside Sales Associate to join our Coppell team. This is a true inside sales role — not simply an administrative or data-entry position. You'll work directly with customers who call or chat in looking for a quote, an order update, or help selecting the right product for their application. You'll learn our products, ask the right questions, identify solutions, and become the go-to expert customers trust to get it right.

    What You'll Actually Do
    • Build relationships with customers by phone — asking questions, understanding their needs, recommending solutions, preparing quotes, and helping turn inquiries into orders
    • Follow up on quotes and customer inquiries, research answers when they're not obvious, and work directly with manufacturers to find the right solution
    • Learn our products fast enough to talk shop about mechanical specs with confidence
    • Prepare quotes and enter and manage orders in our ERP — part numbers, pricing, shipping, and the details needed to move an opportunity from inquiry through order
    • Keep customers in the loop: confirmations, tracking numbers, and honest heads-up if something's delayed
    • Be a calm, solutions-first problem solver when things go sideways
     
    What You Bring
    • Prior inside sales experience is required — we're looking for someone who is comfortable selling, quoting, following up, and building customer relationships, not someone whose background is primarily administrative or data entry
    • A track record of stability and commitment in prior roles. Because this position requires significant product and systems training, we're looking for someone interested in building a long-term career with Cisco-Eagle.
    • A professional, confident phone presence and sharp written communication
    • Mechanical curiosity — you don't need to be an engineer, but technical conversations shouldn't scare you
    • Comfort with Windows-based applications; NetSuite experience is a bonus, but not required
    • A high school diploma or GED (some college is a plus, not a requirement)
    • Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, material handling, or a related industrial environment is preferred, but not required — we'll train the product knowledge
