About the Job
We’re hiring a Inside Sales Associate to join our growing team in Corona, CA. This is an on-site sales role ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, outbound calling, cold calling, lead generation, account management, and business development. If you’re motivated, organized, and want a long-term career in sales, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do (Sales + Customer Service + Lead Generation)
- Make daily outbound calls (25–35) to warm and cold leads
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and recommend solutions
- Support key accounts and help maximize ROI
- Work with Marketing on sales materials and promotions
- Use CRM tools to track calls, follow-ups, and sales activity
- Assist customers with orders, pricing, and product questions
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly inside sales goals

What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, call center, or business development
- Comfortable making outbound calls and talking with customers

- High school diploma or GED
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
