Inside Sales Associate
Compensation: $60,000 per year + commission

Home Fire Stove & Grill City is a local retailer of fireplaces, stoves, inserts, and grills serving the Willamette Valley for over 40 years.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist walk-in and call-in customers
- Learn product details and present them accurately
- Follow the company sales process
- Handle inbound/outbound calls
- Track all activity in the CRM
- Prepare estimates and manage leads
- Maintain a clean showroom

- Follow instructions and complete tasks on time
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Learn new products and systems quickly
- Stay organized and manage your workflow
Requirements
- Retail sales or customer service experience preferred
- Basic computer skills & CRM experience
- High school diploma/GED
- Valid Oregon driver’s license
